Job location: Remote, based in one of the European countries.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving the growth of Topcon’s Construction Laser Tools business across Europe, with a strong focus on laser tools distribution channels.



The successful candidate will combine sales leadership, technical knowledge, and market expertise to support regional sales teams, strengthen distributor performance, and actively look for new distribution channels in EMEA.

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Construction – Laser Tools Distribution to lead regional sales activity for Construction Laser Tools.

The role will support direct and distribution sales channels across the region, working closely with a team of specialists to provide sales expertise, technical insight, and strong industry knowledge.
