What we're looking for

We're looking for an DevOps Engineer that will contribute to make our
infrastructures more scalable, secure and reliable while improving our
deployment cycles.

* 5+ years operating business-critical systems in high-availability production
environments.
* Strong Linux knowledge and networking fundamentals.
* Solid production experience operating Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent) with
Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD) and cloud-native architectures.
* Strong AWS expertise across core services (compute, networking, storage,
IAM).
* Proven experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management
(Puppet, Terraform, Ansible).
* Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Bash).
* Experience operating production messaging/queueing and caching systems
(RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis).
* Experience with CI/CD and observability, including incident management and
root-cause analysis.
* An ownership, product-oriented mindset (your users are internal teams), with
a proactive approach to documentation and knowledge sharing.




* Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, collaborating closely
with engineering and product teams.

Bonus points for experience with

* Python/Django.
* Systems/network security, secrets management, compliance standards, and AWS
cost optimization (FinOps).
* Progressive delivery and advanced Kubernetes autoscaling (ArgoCD, KEDA,
Istio).
* Modernizing or migrating legacy infrastructure (configuration management to
Kubernetes, CDK/Cloudformation/Terraform).
* SRE practices such as SLOs and error budgets.
