We are looking for a passionate and innovative User Experience Designer (UX Designer) to join our dynamic UX team. Reporting to the Head of UX Design, you will have the opportunity to influence the product direction and drive innovation through your expertise in user-centered design.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners,
Developers, and fellow designers to define and help implement clear, effective, and user-centered experiences for our enterprise software.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the solution/product goals and design requirements.
Translate user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and effective design solutions.
Rapidly create and iterate designs using conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while ensuring the delivery of clear, detailed design specifications.
Apply design solutions directly within the Board platform, using its built-in design capabilities to create usable interfaces, data-rich views, and business-oriented workflows while adapting to platform constraints.
