As a Procurement Administrator, you will be the backbone of our purchasing and supplier operations. You’ll manage purchase orders, track integral suppliers, keep our ERP data razor-sharp, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Production, and Finance to ensure everything arrives on time and within standards.

? Main Tasks & Responsibilities

PO Management: Create, process, and track purchase orders from request to final delivery
Supplier Coordination: Follow up with international suppliers regarding quotations, order confirmations, lead times,



and issue resolution
Data & System Integrity: Maintain accurate supplier records, contracts, purchasing documentation, and reports within our ERP system (Odoo)
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner daily with Operations, Production, Planning, and Finance to guarantee smooth procurement workflows
Inventory & Invoicing Support: Assist with inventory tracking, replenishment activities, and invoice matching
Process Improvement: Monitor procurement KPIs and ensure strict compliance with internal purchasing procedures

? Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Procurement Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a similar administrative role
Education: Higher National Diploma (CFGS), Associate Degree, or University Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance
Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with ERP/MRP software (experience with Od
