Avanade is looking for an experienced Sales Lead to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Energy, Utilities, Infrastructures & Services, Communications, Media & Technology clients in Spain.

In a Spanish market where cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity and business applications are accelerating enterprise transformation, you will be directly accountable for growth, sector strategy and pipeline development, leveraging Avanade’s capabilities and the Microsoft, Accenture and Avanade ecosystem.

As a senior commercial and strategic leader, you will engage with executive stakeholders across major Spanish and international organisations, strengthen Avanade’s position in priority industries and drive large-scale, value-led commercial initiatives.

What You’ll Do

As Sales Lead – Resources & CMT, you will be responsible for Avanade’s commercial performance, market relevance and executive relationships across Energy, Utilities, Infrastructures & Services, Communications,



Media & Technology industries in Spain.

Define and lead the sector strategy
Define the growth strategy for Resources & CMT industries in Spain, aligned with local market dynamics and Avanade’s integral priorities
Prioritise key accounts, target markets and strategic offerings with clear commercial focus
Build growth plans that connect client business priorities with Microsoft-led transformation opportunities
Manage territory performance and build a qualified pipeline
Lead territory planning, account coverage, segmentation and commercial governance
Build, monitor and secure a robust, qualified and predictable pipeline
Accelerate strategic, multi-offering opportunities across cloud, data & AI, applications, security and modern workplace
Drive C-level engagement and strategic account development
Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-level and senior business leaders
