SCIB is looking for a Global Transaction Banking Chief of Staff Analyst based out of Madrid.
As a member of the CoS GTB team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic priorities and driving business performance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to the growth and transformation of our business.

Partner with the Head of GTB Europe and the GTB Management team to define, align and execute the strategic agenda, ensuring consistency with Global and Regional priorities.
Coordinate the strategic planning process across GTB Europe, challenging business plans and ensuring alignment between business lines, support functions and overall strategic objectives.
