We are searching for Business Development Trainee to join our main offices in Barcelona. FUT-URE provides high-quality Headhunting services to the Europe leading customers and currently looking for a new team member to join the team and perform the following:
Responsibilities:
- Bringing in new clients from Spanish and/or European market
- Developing new source channels
- Advise potential clients about the different products/services and offer the best option for their business model
- Building effective relationships with customers to develop a pipeline Identify decision-makers and contact them through cold-calling in order to generate leads, follow-up and close deals
- Develop the most efficient and effective sales strategies for your market
Requirements:
- You are graduating (Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales,

- You are business, quality and detail- oriented
- You are passionate about new technologies and business
- You have easy contact with people and have excellent communication skills
- You are energetic, curious, and self-motivated
- You are a self-starter, take initiative and bring new ideas

- You are committed to the highest level of quality and pay attention to details
- You are enthusiastic, dynamic and performance driven
- You speak excellent Spanish and English (other European languages is a big plus)
