As an Senior AI Strategist, you are the connective tissue between a high-velocity engineering team and key business stakeholders. You operate at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring that AI solutions are not only technically sound but also business relevant and operationally viable.
You will focus on orchestrating delivery, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining a strong project cadence. While you won’t write code, you will actively engage in technical discussions with AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers/Modellers, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security teams, challenge assumptions,



and ensure that AI & Data engineering decisions are grounded in real-world business needs.

Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements
Own and manage the project “heartbeat” (planning, prioritization, resource management, progress tracking, and reporting)
Solid AI & data foundation; Manages senior stakeholders, facilitates discussions, resolves conflicts
communicates clearly up to executive level
Understands the full ML lifecycle (exploration, development, validation, deployment, monitoring) and AI project phases (PoC, MVP, production)
Track record of delivering AI/ML or data-driven products from prototype to production
Experienced in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and delivery cadence
Balances team focus with stakeholder responsiveness while maintaining speed and quality
~ 4+ years in project management + 4+ years in AI
~ Master's or higher in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field
