Responsibilities:
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
- Consolidate and build the customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
- Handle customer needs and inquiries.

Requirements
- Language Skills: C2 level of Arabic. Good level of English (oral and written).
- Experience: 16 Months previous sales experience is desirable. Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities with occasional guidance.
- CRM Experience: solid CRM experience,



able to navigate CRM platforms, analyze customer data, and support sales strategies.
- Communication Skills: proficient communication skills, comfortable sharing information, facilitating discussions, and collaborating with team members.
