We are looking for enthusiastic, tech-friendly young professionals to join our dynamic team in Greece representing Canon —the world-famous, legendary Japanese pioneer in photography, cameras, and imaging technology. In this role, you will be the helpful voice and friendly text behind Canon's consumer world, helping photography fans and everyday users get the most out of their gear.

What You'll Do Every Day
- Be the Guide: Connect with Dutch-speaking consumers via inbound phone calls, emails,



and live chats to assist with product inquiries, order updates, and basic setup questions.
- Problem Solve: Help users with fun scenarios like printer setup, installation, finding the perfect camera, or troubleshooting error codes.
- Go Multilingual (With a Twist): Focus on your native Dutch language, while occasionally utilizing clever translation tools to assist customers across written channels.
- Get Hands-On: Learn the ins and outs of both Customer Care and Technical Support, keeping your daily workflow fresh and interesting.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch, plus a good working command of English (B2) for your training and systems.
- Tech Savvy: Good general PC knowledge, familiarity with Windows or Mac OS, and a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Mindset: An open, customer-oriented personality with solid problem-solving vibes.
