Responsibilities:
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
Consolidate and build the customer base
Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
Ensure consistent customer follow-up
Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
Handle customer needs and inquiries

Requirements

Language Skills: C2 level of Arabic. Good level of English (oral and written)
Experience: 16 Months previous sales experience is desirable. Ability to work independently
Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities with occasional guidance
CRM Experience: solid CRM experience, able to navigate CRM platforms,



analyze customer data, and support sales strategies
Communication Skills: proficient communication skills, comfortable sharing information, facilitating discussions, and collaborating with team members
