At Medmix Spain, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave at our manufacturing plant located in Ribaroja (Valencia, Spain).

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer complaints from receipt through closure, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
Lead root cause investigations using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why's, and Ishikawa.
Coordinate containment and corrective actions with Production, Engineering, and external suppliers.
Monitor customer quality KPIs and analyze performance trends.
Support assembly process quality activities and management of internal non-conformities.
Manage supplier-related quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing processes.
Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Follow up on actions derived from internal and external audits.




Support certification audits and contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Experience managing customer complaints and conducting root cause analysis.
Experience with supplier quality management will be considered a plus.
English level B2 or higher (mandatory).
