Role Purpose

As part of the evolution of the PTP function within Celsius entities, the PTP Supervisor role is established to strengthen operational control, improve issue resolution, and enhance team coordination.

This position reports directly to the PTP Manager and acts as a key support and backup, ensuring continuity in leadership while taking ownership of operational execution, payment processes, and issue resolution across the PTP function.

The PTP Supervisor will serve as the main point of contact for PTP Specialists, driving accountability, ensuring process compliance, and leading resolution of operational challenges.

Please note:
Salary range (50,000 - 52,000) is in Euros per year
This is a hybrid role, requiring to be onsite at our Barcelona office 3x days per week

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Team Support

Act as first point of contact for all PTP Specialists for operational queries and escalations
Provide day-to-day guidance and ensure proper task prioritization
Support workload coordination across the team




Act as backup to the PTP Manager when required

Issue Resolution Ownership & SLA Management

Take full ownership of PTP issue resolution across all vendors
Act when PTP Specialists are unable to resolve issues (e.g., price or quantity mismatches)
Act as primary coordinator with Procurement, business stakeholders, and vendors to unblock issues
Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs for issue resolution, taking ownership of and driving resolution for issues not solved within agreed timelines
Ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of issues
Provide structured weekly reporting to PTP Manager and senior management on open and overdue issues, root causes, action plans and resolution timelines

Vendor Ownership

Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact vendor issues
Ensure proper follow-up and resolution of critical cases

Payment Execution & Cash Out Management

Own the weekly payment proposal process, including review,
