As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved within a refined luxury dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to maintain exceptional service standards.
Ensure compliance with 5-star hospitality and fine-dining service protocols.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, wine lists, and food and beverage offerings.
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address guest needs and concerns.




Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure operational excellence.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and restaurant ambiance.
Manage reservations, staffing schedules, and operational performance to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
Qualification: Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant in a Restaurant Manager or senior/supervisory capacity.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory. A third language (French and/or Catalan) will be highly advantageous.
Logistics: Valid passport and clear criminal record.
Leadership: Strong team management, communication, and guest-relations skills.
Standards: Professional presentation, high energy levels, and a guest-focused approach.
Compliance: Must meet all legal employment requirements for Andorra.
