About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide professional support to our customers and ensure they receive timely, accurate, and friendly assistance throughout their experience with Coral Club.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages.
Assist customers with order status, delivery,



product availability, pricing, and placing orders.
Listen carefully to customers' needs and provide accurate information and effective solutions.
Handle customer concerns and complaints in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner.

Order Processing & Issue Resolution
Process customer orders and update information in the company's system.
Resolve shipping and delivery issues in cooperation with internal teams.
Contact customers when additional information or follow-up is required.

Documentation & Reporting
Record every customer interaction accurately in the company's CRM system.
Maintain up-to-date customer information and ensure all cases are properly documented.

Product Knowledge
Continuously learn about Coral Club products, services, and internal processes.
Confidently answer customer questions and provide guidance on company products and services.
