What You Bring
Expert administration of Jira Software, JSM, and Confluence Cloud in enterprise environments
Proven experience providing 3rd‑level (L3) support for Atlassian products (strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently on high‑impact issues)
Advanced use of Marketplace apps (e.g. BigPicture, ScriptRunner) and strong experience in their administration
Very good technical English skills (written and spoken), suitable for technical documentation and collaboration with international stakeholders
Automation & AI enablement (Jira Automation, Rovo, AI features) to improve efficiency and user experience
Solid understanding of integrations, data flows, and limitations within Atlassian Cloud
