Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day management of assigned Zoho One modules (CRM, Inventory, Desk), including configuration, workflow automation, and blueprint design




Act as point of contact for internal stakeholder requests across Sales, Ops, and Merchandising, triaging tickets and translating them into clear requirements
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate scope/trade-offs
Write and maintain product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and workflow documentation
Query databases using SQL to validate data, generate reports, and support dashboard/BI needs
Coordinate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT cycles together with the dev team
Monitor module performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback
Support broader Product initiatives (automation workflows, integrations) as needed
Requirement & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, systems administration, or a related role (fresh
