As we enter a key expansion phase, we are looking for a high-caliber strategic professional to join the founding team and drive institutional capital raising. The final role (Project Leader, Principal, or Partner) will be aligned with the seniority, track record, and strength of the network brought to the table.

The Mission:
We are seeking an independent professional with an active, established, and personal network within the financial ecosystem to open doors to Family Offices, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), and private investment funds. Your primary objective will be to pitch our luxury developments and structure capital raising for upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:




Origination & Deal Sourcing: Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with Family Offices and private investment vehicles interested in luxury Real Estate.
Project Pitching: Lead commercial and financial presentations of Topia Developments’ projects before investment committees.
Strategic Closing: Negotiate and structure equity/debt entry conditions into each project's SPV.

Requirements:
A real, active, and verifiable network of Family Offices and Real Estate investors.
Strong background in Private Banking, Real Estate Funds, Private Equity, or corporate Fundraising.
Partner mindset: strategic vision, results-driven attitude, high integrity, and top-tier negotiation skills.
