Responsibilities:
Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
Consolidate and build the customer base
Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
Ensure consistent customer follow-up
Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
Handle customer needs and inquiries

Requirements

Language Skills: C2 level of Greek. Good level of English (oral and written)
Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision
CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience,



comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes
Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts
Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements

Specialized Skills Greek Market:
Greek Market Knowledge: understanding of Greek business culture. Knowledge of regional differences within Greece, recognizing the particularities of each area to tailor sales strategies.
