About the role
- Champion Safety : Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow all safety protocols.
- Hands-On Formulation : Prepare, apply, and test coatings to meet customer and commercial needs.
- Plan & Execute : Organize your daily/weekly lab work with guidance from senior team members.
- Analyze & Report : Record results accurately, analyze data, and make recommendations based on your findings.
- Grow your Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of coating chemistry and formulation techniques.

About you
- A postgraduate degree (or equivalent)



in a relevant scientific field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on lab experience.
- Strong practical skills and a methodical approach to lab work.
- Good command of English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of paints and coatings is a plus
- Availability to travel internationally during the training period is required
- Personal vehicle to access the Site (in an industrial area)
