Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and timely customer support in Dutch, via calls, email, and/or chats.
Assist customers with product information, order management, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Resolve complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.




Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.
Exceptional fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
