As a Lead Full Stack Engineer at CoverGo, you will play a critical role in driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise-grade insurance platform. In addition to hands-on full-stack development, you will lead a team of engineers, mentor peers, and champion the integration of AI-driven capabilities to push the boundaries of insurance technology.
You will be responsible for guiding architectural decisions, shaping development standards,



and fostering innovation across the platform, with a strong focus on scalable software design, team performance, and continuous delivery. Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of our SaaS platform, from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Full Stack Engineers, fostering their growth and development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
Define and drive the technical strategy for AI integration, working closely with product and data teams to deliver AI-powered features that improve automation, decision-making, and user experience.
Drive architectural decisions and establish coding standards and best practices to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the platform.
