Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the regional Government. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing opportunities through government tenders, RFPs, and formal bidding processes. You will also be responsible to proactively identify key stakeholders, contacts and institutional decision makers in the Government and present BLS offerings for upcoming opportunities. The role will require to proactively look for potential partners to bid or service the contract jointly.
