Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our Project Controls team and play a key role in driving project success through best-in-class planning, scheduling, forecasting, and performance management.
As a key member of the Project Controls team, you will support project and department leadership by developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules that enable successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules throughout all project phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
Prepare baseline schedules, resource-loaded schedules, execution plans,



and recovery schedules as required.
Establish and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), coding structures, schedule logic, and planning methodologies in accordance with Fluor standards and client requirements.
Monitor project progress against approved baselines and analyze schedule performance, critical path impacts, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Project Management teams to ensure schedule alignment and accurate progress measurement.
Facilitate weekly and monthly progress collection, validation, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Prepare look-ahead schedules, milestone tracking reports, schedule forecasts, and executive management dashboards.
Lead planning and scheduling activities for medium to large capital projects and support multi-project portfolio reporting where required.
