We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Manager, Media to join our expanding regional marketing team in Southern Europe (Spain & Italy) , based in Madrid . You will be key in developing, executing, and optimizing our media strategy across multiple channels with a specific focus on driving brand awareness and sales. You will collaborate closely with internal teams,



manage relationships with media vendors and agencies, and ensure the successful execution of media campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Leading Day-to-Day Media Management
~ Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals for the Southern Europe market.

~ Work closely with internal stakeholders (Social, Category Marketing, Creative, IMC, Finance) to define campaign media targets, set budgets, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

~ Be experienced in working on Social and Influencer strategies and paid social campaign planning.

~ Serve as the bridge between upper and lower funnel media activation, feeding insights to the performance team and leveraging their learnings to optimize media strategies.
