As a Key Account Specialist , you will be the Exoticca brand ambassador for one of our largest B2B partners in Spain, with a clear and ambitious goal: driving sales growth.
Serve as the face of Exoticca through regular on-site visits to the client’s branch offices, ensuring our brand maintains a dominant and supportive presence.
On-the-ground Sales Coaching: Conduct face-to-face training and motivational sessions for the client’s sales staff, equipping them with the product knowledge and "selling points" needed to close deals effectively.
Commercial Momentum:



Ensure all Exoticca campaigns and portfolio updates are correctly implemented and prioritized across all visited locations.
Operational Support: Act as a hands-on problem solver for the client's teams, removing any barriers to sales and ensuring a flawless production process for every trip.
Sales Background: Strong commercial experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and "hunting" for growth.
