Country Manager - Spain
As Country Manager - Spain, you will be the face of Spiko in the Spanish market. Your mission is to make Spiko impossible to ignore in Spain: build our public presence, own the local ecosystem, and turn visibility into a growth engine that fuels the sales team on the ground.
You will work hand in hand with our Spanish Account Executives and their Team Leader in a two-way relationship:
you feed them qualified leads generated through your partnerships and local visibility
You report directly to the General Manager France, Benelux, and Southern Europe.
Build the brand's local credibility and reputation.




Convert your partnerships and local presence into a steady flow of qualified leads for the Spanish Account Executives. Build and nurture a network of local partners: chartered accountants, part-time CFOs, VCs, and other prescribers who can channel treasury opportunities to Spiko.
Local visibility : Make Spiko more visible in Spain every single day, through consistent presence, content, and relationship-building.
Map the Spanish market, understand its specificities, and feed insights back to the GTM and product teams.
Network : you already have a foothold in the Spanish startup, fintech, or finance ecosystem: founders, VCs, CFOs, or chartered accountants.
Presence : you are comfortable on stage, in front of media, and in a room full of prospects. You represent a brand naturally.
Autonomy : capable of building a local presence from scratch and setting your own agenda.
Excellent communication : native speaker in Spanish, fluent in English.
