ACCIONA is looking for a Plant & Equipment Manager for its construction business.
Job Description
The Plant and Equipment Manager will be based in the Philippines and will be responsible for the overall coordination, planning, and management of the activities related to the staging area, precast fabrication and equipment. This role is critical in ensuring the strict compliance with the technical specifications, safety regulations,



and quality control requirements throughout the installation process.
Reports To: Construction Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and oversee the plant's production plan, ensuring that the production rates of prefabricated elements meet the requirements of the on-site assembly programme.
Approve manufacturing procedures, including mould design, reinforcement placement, curing systems, and internal post-tensioning methods.
Ensure that all prefabricated elements comply with the technical specifications, geometric tolerances, and concrete strength requirements specified in the project.
Manage and coordinate the entire plant team, including superintendents, quality engineers, technical staff, and operators.
Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and operational availability of all plant equipment and heavy machinery (gantry cranes, handling equipment, curing systems).
