As a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner,



you’ll report to the Regional Clinical Manager for VIC - South East Melbourne. Providing support to a caseload of participants, you'll play a crucial role in conducting assessments, writing behavioural support plans and programmes and assisting with the implementation of plans. You’ll assist the Regional Clinical Manager with providing clinical supervision and may also support participants with particularly challenging and complex needs. The work is based on the principles of Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS) and Positive Behaviour Support for children and adults in the home, community, and school/workplace settings.
