R&D; Formulation Senior Supervisor
Main Responsabilities:
Ensure the execution of R+D projects in coordination with your work team
Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks
Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote their own training and can contribute to enriching the knowledge of the department
Market study and monitoring ensuring that you are aware of the latest technologies.
Studying its possible effective implementation in our products.
Minimum requirements:
At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
Advance level of English. Advance level of German is a Plus.
