We are seeking a Sales Specialist Oncology Territory Management Spain to join our Commercial Oncology team, supporting our Spain oncology business in a field-based role. In this role, you will deliver sales objectives, strengthen healthcare professional engagement, and execute territory plans that improve customer value while collaborating with sales colleagues and key cross-functional stakeholders. This is a temporary role as a leave of absence, maximum 12 months.
Achieve sales objectives through effective territory budget and expense management.
Develop and maintain territory business plans aligned with market insights and brand strategy.
Use key data sources to shape territory actions and customer engagement priorities.
Peer-coach sales specialists and share best practices to support team performance.
Bachelor’s degree or similar educational background and a minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
Previous oncology, pharmacy market, therapeutic area,



and medical indication experience.
Established network of relevant healthcare professionals.
Ability to work compliantly within regulatory and legal guidelines.
