FRS Connect BOOST IDEA Fronting Team, located in Madrid, Paris, Mumbai and Lisbon, acts as accelerator and facilitator of the relations between FRS Community and Finance/Risk Teams.

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

The main objectives of BOOST IDEA Fronting team are:




- Secure the proper uses of FRS Tools by Finance/Risk
- Facilitate the understanding of end-to-end operational processes within FRS
- Capture/detect needs within operational activities
- Build and lead time-to-market action plans combining the use of FRS Target solutions and Fast / Smart solutions managed by BOOST IDEA Centers of Expertise (CoE).
- Provide temporary Agile and IT Stamped solutions
- Encourage the capture of uses cases conducive to innovation

Your mission will be to contribute in a project team dedicated to implement processes improvements as part of the digital transformation of Finance and Risk. Activities spanning from project management, process optimization, finance concepts learning, problem solving, contribution to process reengineering and action plan definition.

The project team is a decisive player in the design of the application road map, ensuring the adequacy between tactical and target architectures.
