For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Responsibilities
– Work with A/B testing, analyze and interpret the results, and provide actionable recommendations based on the findings;
– Analyze in-game data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks, driving product and monetization decisions through data;
– Provide analytical support for non-gaming verticals (web, utilities, incentivized traffic);
– Collaborate with the User Acquisition (UA) team to support data-driven decision-making (predictions, target ROAS, KPIs);




– Manage data sources and processing pipelines to improve data validation and efficiency of data usage.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

– 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with subscription-based apps and mobile games (ad monetization + in-app purchases);
– Experience with incentive traffic – will be plus;
– Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and database management;
– Experience with A/B testing;
– Interest in developing expertise in automation and AI for analytics;
– Experience with mobile analytics, ROI calculations, and predictive analytics is a plus.
Stack
– SQL (ClickHouse), Python, Google Analytics (nice to have – Google Sheets, GrowthBook)
– MMP APIs (AppsFlyer or other) – integrations and setup;
– Preferred: experience with ad network placement APIs (Google Ads, Facebook, Unity, AppLovin);
– SKAN, especially SKAdNetwork 4 postbacks;
