The Role: The Heartbeat of Production
As a Production Coordinator at Atlantis Animation, you are the essential link that keeps our creative engine running smoothly. Reporting to the Line Producer and Production Managers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational flow of your assigned department. you are managing the heartbeat of the project, ensuring that assets, feedback, and information flow seamlessly between artists, leads, and supervisors.
Departmental Synergy: Act as the central point of communication between the Head of Department, Production, and the artistic team.
Maintain meticulous production data, updating statuses and tracking the movement of shots and assets with high precision.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular progress reports for the production leadership, flagging potential risks, delays, or overages before they impact the final delivery.
