JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Center
Technical Program Manager, Cost & Planning to establish structured program
planning, cost tracking, schedule management, and execution governance for
next-generation modular data centers (DCBBS) and customer deployments. This role
will be a key driver in converting engineering requirements into executable
plans, aligning internal teams and external vendors, and providing clear
visibility into cost, schedule, risks,



and decision points.

The successful candidate will own project schedules, cost trackers, milestone
management, and risk registers while developing repeatable planning templates
and processes that improve delivery discipline and support accelerated customer
needs for scalable DCBBS execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, milestone trackers, cost
trackers, and action item logs for assigned DCBBS projects.
* Support end-to-end planning activities across proposal, SOW development,
design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
* Track and manage project risks, open decisions, long-lead items, and
cross-functional dependencies with clear owners, due dates, and escalation
paths.
* Provide regular, clear status reporting on cost, schedule, risks, and
progress to leadership, engineering teams, and customer-facing st
