About the Role
Artificial intelligence and use of personal data to drive its development is being embedded into every function of every enterprise — and the vast majority of organisations lack the internal capability to govern it responsibly. This is creating one of the fastest-growing problems in the technology sector. Our internship program is designed to prepare you for an industry that is looking to solve this problem.

This is a structured, hands-on program for top graduates who want to launch a career in B2B tech solution selling. You'll join TrustWorks' sales pod in Valencia and work directly alongside our Growth team, learning how pipeline is built from the ground up — from prospect research to outreach execution.

This is a 6-month internship where you will train with passionate team members who are making a meaningful impact at TrustWorks. By the end of the program, strong performers will be operating with the independence expected of a full growth partner,



with a clear path to a permanent role.
