Your role and key responsibilities

This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo —
where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams
working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of
battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and
production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.
You’ll join Coating, Calendering, Assembly, Formation & Aging, or the Quality
Laboratory to ensure every cell meets the highest standards.

In your day-to-day, you will:





* Perform quality inspections and tests per control plan (first piece,
in-process, final), record data (SPC), and escalate non-conformities.
* Operate and verify measurement/testing equipment (set-up, checks, basic
calibrations) and apply 5S and area cleanliness.
* Collect and prepare samples for in-line and lab testing; review reports and
follow up on actions.
* Support root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation, and carry out
sorting/rework when required.
* Contribute to internal/external audits, continuous improvement (CIP), and
safety initiatives.

What you bring to the team
* Vocational/technical education in materials, chemistry, machining,
manufacturing, automotive, or similar.
* 2–3+ years’ industrial experience in production, quality, or laboratory
(battery or related industries a plus).
* Knowledge of quality control (control plan, non-conformities, basic
measurement; MSA/SPC is a plus).
