Mission

You will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the financial management of our 3D animation projects from start to finish. Your mission will be to ensure that projects are delivered within the approved financial framework while supporting efficient decision-making throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, monitor, and update budgets and forecasts for assigned projects, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Take proactive measures to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
Prepare financial reports and project performance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Implement process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency in project financial management.




Identify budget variances and develop corrective action plans.
Assess business risks and contribute to contingency planning.
Perform profitability analyses for ongoing and completed projects.
Drive the optimization of financial processes and reporting.
Work closely with project teams and key stakeholders across Production, Supervision, Management, and other departments.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory.
At least 5 years of experience managing projects and/or project financial control.
Previous experience in the audiovisual, animation, VFX, gaming, or entertainment industry.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-growing and rapidly changing environments.
