Job Description

Your opportunity

You will be responsible for driving Trade Marketing team and initiatives, with direct impact on the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Your main focus will be to support the business and local customers (both independent opticians and key accounts) in maximizing their potential.

You will ensure efficient budget allocation, promote best practice sharing, and collaborate closely with local teams to deliver excellence in execution, effectiveness,



and performance, in line with Company, HQ, and Brand guidelines.

How you will contribute

Drive and develop the team:

Fostering a culture of trust, empowerment, and accountability, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous people’s development across Trade Marketing, Optical Trainer and In-Store Specialists team.

Drive Trade Marketing strategy, plan and execution:

Defining and implementing plans aligned with Brand and Company guidelines across Iberia, ensuring excellence at POS (visibility, cross-selling, share of space, training) and delivery within timelines and budgets.
Ensuring strong execution of POS activities (visibility, cross-selling, share of space).
Oversee staff training and in-store excellence.
Oversee visibility and customer activations.
Maximize brand impact and customer engagement.
