Research & Innovation team as an R&D; Technician, where you’ll play a key role in
developing and testing cutting-edge packaging coatings for the food, caps &
closures, and B&B; markets.

About the role

* Champion Safety: Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow all safety
protocols.
* Hands-On Formulation: Prepare, apply, and test coatings to meet customer and
commercial needs.
* Plan & Execute: Organize your daily/weekly lab work with guidance from senior
team members.
* Analyze & Report: Record results accurately, analyze data, and make
recommendations based on your findings.
* Grow your Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of coating chemistry and
formulation techniques.

About you

* A postgraduate degree (or equivalent)



in a relevant scientific field.
* 2–3 years of hands-on lab experience.
* Strong practical skills and a methodical approach to lab work.
* Good command of English and Spanish.
* Knowledge of paints and coatings is a plus
* Availability to travel internationally during the training period is required
* Personal vehicle to access the Site (in an industrial area)
