MAIN PURPOSES
The Supply AKIBA Support Officer provides functional support and second-line assistance for the supply chain information system, contributing to consistent system use, data quality, and the continuous improvement of supply processes across missions. The role supports the AKIBA Support advisors in ensuring efficient and reliable supply chain operations in the field.





JOB OVERVIEW
This role provides functional support on the Supply Chain Software to operations (field missions and Cells), ensuring proper use and day-to-day functioning of the organization’s supply chain information system. The role supports the AKIBA Supply Chain/MSM Advisors and acts as a point of contact between field operations, MST Supply, MSM Referents and technical teams, assisting in resolving functional issues and promoting harmonized ways of working across missions.
By supporting system reliability, data consistency, appropriate use of the item catalogue, and user adherence to processes, the position contributes to efficient planning, procurement, and supply chain operations that enable timely and effective program delivery.
