A day in the life
This role exists to accelerate the evolution of Prologis’ European Legal Department by building scalable, technology-enabled ways of delivering legal support across Europe.



The Legal Counsel will help design and implement practical legal workflows, templates, playbooks, automations and AI-enabled tools that improve consistency, speed, visibility and business self-service across multiple European jurisdictions. The role will also provide adaptable cross-border legal support for priority business initiatives and capacity gaps, including strategic growth areas such as data centres, energy, new products and services, and core operational matters. Based in Barcelona, Madrid or Amsterdam under a hybrid work model, this role works within the European Legal Department and will involve close collaboration with a team of more than 27 lawyers and paralegals across Europe, as well as U.S. legal and business counterparts where relevant. The role is expected to operate comfortably in a matrix environment and to partner closely with legal colleagues, business teams, technology and operations stakeholders.
