Working as a member of the Talent & Learning Team, this role will provide an exciting opportunity to be part of a integral learning and development team serving HP employees worldwide. The primary function of this Program Delivery Manager role is to partner with other members of the Talent & Learning Team to develop and implement plans that enable the flawless delivery of talent, learning and development programs and experiences.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with and support the Employee and Manager Development Team in the design and delivery of skill development for individual contributors, people managers, and technical audiences.
- Plan and execute large-scale global development programs through project implementation including solution development and design, scheduling, implementation, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement and iterations.
- Simplify operational processes by implementing end-to-end program delivery management and where possible eliminate non-value add work through simplification and automation.
- Partner directly with Operations Finance Program Manager to properly track and account for all expenses associated with the programs in their scope.
