THE POSITION
- Lead the detailed design, development, and integration of front-line Service Delivery Models spanning Cleaning,



Waste Management, Patient Support Assistants (PSAs), Portering, Materials Distribution, Grounds & Gardens, and Car Parking.
- Support the Mobilisation Manager in building complex operational scenarios, business continuity plans, risk mitigation strategies, and localized policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in working groups, review building designs, and contribute to the ongoing development and execution of master project GANTT charts.
- Attend and lead Services User Groups, collaborate closely with consortium partners, and draw on internal Compass Group infrastructure (Safety, Recruitment, ER, Commercial, IT) to build robust operational frameworks.
