As a Business Development Executive, you sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, at the heart of that mission.

This is not a traditional top-of-funnel role. We’re looking for a commercially sharp, consultative professional who can identify, engage, and qualify complex opportunities within the financial services sector — and carry those conversations with credibility until the moment they’re ready to be led by a Regional Director. You’ll own meaningful pipeline, work across multiple channels,



and operate as a genuine partner to the broader go-to-market team.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a territory pipeline strategy in close partnership with your aligned Account Executive — owning the full early-stage sales motion from identification through to qualified opportunity.
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospects across the financial services sector through a combination of outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, social selling, and event follow-up — bringing structure and commercial judgement to every interaction.
- Lead discovery conversations with senior decision-makers — understanding their strategic priorities, surfacing relevant pain points, and positioning nCino’s value proposition with clarity and credibility
