About The Role:

We are currently looking for an Intern to join our Finance group in Madrid as a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern. The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month internship and will get the chance to work in a multinational environment, supporting the EMEA Finance Operation team (FinOps) on core activities such as Closing, Planning, Reporting & Financial Analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support the planning, reporting and OPEX processes on the calculation, analysis and tools deployment,



contributing with improvement proposals or best in class identified processes in any division.
• Collaborate on the month-end close activities: Collaborate with the owners of the divisions and geographies assigned in creating the reports, liaising with the FP&As; to identify information updates and improvement areas, understanding gaps.
• Contribute to accelerate projects by actively participating, creating an open communication channel with the users, gathering business requirements, involving them in the testing phase, incorporate feedbacks on the scope…
• Understand EMEA forecasting process and periods to be a key element in the definition and load of the estimations from the six divisions and 73 countries involved.

What We Are Looking For In You:

• Graduated on a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Business related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Good knowledge of basic fin
