Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Strategic Researcher to join our Strategic Research & design Team of New business.
The responsibility of this team is to bring the reality of customers and society closer to the bank and inspire the bank’s strategy. And our way of working is through research, translating it into strategic conclusions with real business impact.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Strategic Researcher, you will:
- Conduct qualitative research that goes beyond descriptive insights in record time.
- Identify strategic pillars the bank can act on.
- Reduce uncertainty around targets, products, and contexts.
- Detect emerging customer trends.

You are highly skilled in qualitative analysis and know how to tackle a blank page with confidence.
You integrate multiple sources of information and consistently produce outputs that are more strategic than tactical. You have experience in futures design.
