What you'll be doing:
- Delivering customer service that's second to none.
- Driving sales and profitability to exceed store targets.
- Coaching, training, and developing your Best team.
- Showcasing your creativity through strong VM and store presentation.
- Managing stock levels, shrinkage, and day-to-day operations.

- 3+ years management experience in high-volume retail.
- A strong commercial mindset with proven results in sales and cost management.
- A people leader who motivates and develops diverse teams.
- A passion for delivering best-in-class customer service and store standards.
- A creative eye for merchandising and innovative retail strategies.
