- Administration, configuration and maintenance of Apache Tomcat and JBoss application servers in enterprise environments.
- Operation and monitoring of middleware platforms to ensure availability, performance and compliance with SLAs and OLAs.




- Support incident resolution, problem management and root cause analysis related to application server infrastructure.
- Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives, proposing enhancements to stability, security and automation.
- Manage and operate middleware infrastructure aligned with service and experience level agreements.
- Ensure reliable, secure and scalable IT infrastructure supporting business applications.
- Apply best practices in application server administration, including deployments, configuration tuning, patching and upgrades.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development and security teams to support evolving service requirements.
- Contribute to service governance activities and documentation of operational procedures.
