As part of our growth, we are looking for a HR Specialist Analytics & Projects
(m/f/d) to support with the design of the HR projects and reports for data
analysis. You will be working within the People and Culture area.

YOUR TASKS

* Participation in the design, implementation, and coordination of HR projects,
including ownership of individual HR initiatives.
* Preparation of reports and analyses
* Coordination and execution of national compensation processes (e.g.,
collective salary increases, bonus payments)
* Development of communication strategies and materials, as well as
presentations
* Handling of special topics in the HR area

YOUR PROFILE

* Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a
comparable field
* Initial professional experience in HR or Controlling is desirable
* Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
* Excellent Excel skills
* Fluent in Spanish and English language skills
* Proactive and independent working style
* Team orientation and quick comprehension
* High resilience and flexibility
